Pet Stop SA created a pre order whatsapp group where fish and hardware can be pre ordered and pre-paid to cut costs to our clients. You can also send a request to us for specific hardware or fish and we will try and source the item for you. Your order will be confirmed once payment for the fish or hardware reflects in Pet Stop SA’s bank account. Should the fish not arrive or arrive dead in the bag from the supplier your money will be refunded on the same day. If the fish needs to be sent via courier to you, courier and flight costs must be paid by the client. Banking details will be supplied once an order is received.
